1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing this portfolio or purchasing high-resolution visual layout files in the Print Shop, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, buyers, and users of the site.
2. Intellectual Property Rights & License
All artwork, layout design configurations, typography compositions, code fragments, photograph curations, and sketches displayed on this site are the original intellectual property of Sandli Maurya. When purchasing digital print shop items, you receive a lifetime, non-exclusive, non-transferable Personal Use License. You may print the digital layout files for home or office decor. Commercial reproduction, distribution, resale, or packaging into physical products for sale is strictly forbidden.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Digital products: because files are delivered immediately, all sales of digital downloads are final once the download links have been issued. If a link fails or expires before you have retrieved your files, email us with your order number and we will send a fresh one. Physical products (canvases and framed pieces): you may cancel for a full refund any time before the piece ships, and returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the work arrives damaged or is returned in pristine condition.
4. Shipping & Digital Delivery Policy
Digital goods — prints, sketches, wallpapers and poster files — are delivered electronically. Once payment is verified, download links are emailed to the address given at checkout and are also shown on the on-screen receipt; links remain valid for 7 days and can be reissued on request. Physical goods — original canvases and framed pieces — require a shipping address at checkout and are dispatched separately; delivery timelines are confirmed by email once the piece is on its way.
5. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of this website, the portfolio, or purchase transactions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India.
